What Class 28 does NOT protect

The most expensive mistake in Class 28

In class 28 the trap is in what surrounds sport and play. The ball and the racket are class 28, but the helmet, the goggles and the mouthguard are class 9, and sportswear is class 25. In video games the split is even more expensive: the console and the controller are class 28, but the game as downloadable software is class 9. A toy brand that also publishes its app needs both.
