These look similar but belong to another class. Choosing wrong is the most common reason a trademark protects less than its owner believes.

The most expensive mistake in Class 1

Class 1 protects the substance, not the finished product that contains it. Fertilizer is class 1, but the fungicide and herbicide sold next to it are class 5; industrial adhesive is class 1, but the school glue from the same factory is class 16. A trademark registered in a class that does not match what you actually sell protects less than you think and can lapse for non-use.
