What Class 8 does NOT protect

The most expensive mistake in Class 8

Class 8 protects what cuts, grips or sharpens by hand. The same tool with a motor moves to class 7, and the same knife designed for surgery moves to class 10. Kitchen utensils that do not cut, such as ladles and spatulas, are class 21, which is the usual trap for cutlery brands.
