The most expensive mistake in Class 37

Class 37 protects the service of building, installing and repairing, and class 42 the service of designing it. The architect and the engineer who draw the plans are class 42; the contractor who executes them is class 37. The same border exists with software, whose installation and maintenance are class 42, not class 37. And if the service transforms the material instead of repairing it, such as dyeing cloth or tempering metal, it is class 40.
