The most expensive mistake in Class 40

Class 40 protects transformation: the service changes the essential properties of the material or makes something to a third party's order. If the service preserves or repairs without transforming, it is class 37; that is why dyeing cloth is class 40 but washing it is class 37, and tempering metal is class 40 but rustproofing a car is class 37. Contract manufacturing and custom printing live here, not in the class of the product that comes out of them.
