It is aimed at: artisans, micro-entrepreneurs, older adults, people with an intellectual disability, young entrepreneurs, people without a fixed income, members of indigenous and afro-descendant peoples or communities. The most expensive mistake in Class 25

Almost no fashion brand lives in class 25 alone. If you also sell through your own store or online, that retail service is protected in class 35, and leather accessories travel in class 18. Registering only class 25 protects the garment but leaves your store name free, which is usually exactly what a third party will try to take.
