IMPI periodically opens this campaign with a 90% discount on the official fee, for a few days at a time. The most recent published edition was 2026-I, open from 2026-03-17 to 2026-03-27. It is aimed at: artisans, micro-entrepreneurs, older adults, people with an intellectual disability, young entrepreneurs, people without a fixed income, members of indigenous and afro-descendant peoples or communities. The most expensive mistake in Class 9

The most expensive confusion in the whole Nice Classification is product versus service. Class 9 protects software as a product: something the user downloads or installs. If your product lives in the cloud and customers reach it by subscription, that is class 42. A SaaS with a downloadable mobile app normally needs both, and registering only one of them leaves half the business unprotected.
