The most expensive mistake in Class 41
An online course platform rarely fits in a single class. The content and the teaching are class 41, the technology platform that delivers them is class 42, and if there is also an app the student downloads, class 9 appears. Choosing only class 41 protects the educational programme but leaves the software exposed.
