What Class 7 does NOT protect

These look similar but belong to another class. Choosing wrong is the most common reason a trademark protects less than its owner believes.

The most expensive mistake in Class 7

The line between class 7 and class 8 is the motor: the tool that runs on power is class 7 and the one driven by hand is class 8, even when the same manufacturer sells both under the same brand. And the engine inside a car or a motorcycle is not class 7 but class 12. A tool catalogue almost always needs both classes.
