The most expensive mistake in Class 3

What moves a product from class 3 to class 5 is not its formula, it is what you promise. A moisturiser is class 3; the same cream advertised to treat a skin condition is class 5, and with that the sanitary requirements before COFEPRIS change too. Define the commercial promise before choosing the class, because the description you file with IMPI is the one you then have to stand behind.
