The most expensive mistake in Class 16

Being made of paper does not put a product in class 16. The paper plate is class 21, paper clothing class 25, abrasive paper class 3 and cigarette paper class 34, because function decides the class, not material. And the printed publication is class 16, but its downloadable version is class 9.
