What Class 38 does NOT protect

The most expensive mistake in Class 38
Class 38 protects the transport of the signal, not what travels over it. Streaming transmission is class 38; the entertainment content being transmitted is class 41, and they are two distinct classes that in many cases complement each other. A platform that produces its own content and also transmits it needs both, and normally class 42 as well for the software.
