The most expensive mistake in Class 14

The watch is the case that confuses people most. A traditional watch is class 14, but a smartwatch that runs applications and measures data is examined as an electronic device and belongs in class 9. If your brand covers both, you need both classes. And if you also sell through your own store, class 35 protects that retail service, which is usually where the name people remember lives.
