What Class 34 does NOT protect

These look similar but belong to another class. Choosing wrong is the most common reason a trademark protects less than its owner believes.

The most expensive mistake in Class 34

Class 34 covers tobacco, the vaporizer and what is used for smoking, with two exits that cost dearly. If the tobacco-free cigarette has a medical use, it is class 5; and the batteries and chargers of the electronic cigarette are class 9, even when sold in the same box. A vaping brand that registers only class 34 leaves the electronic part of its product unprotected.
